Latest post of the previous page:

Oops, probs with Google account, thought it was the linkl

Got there in the end by signing out of my Google account. I don't understand it either...

Brilliant stuff, that video, doubt that I will survive long enough for fabricated replacement hearts but, one day maybe...

Sci-fi gets more factual almost daily.

There are three fundamental questions for anyone advocating Brexit:

1. What, precisely, are the significant and tangible benefits of leaving the EU?
2. What damage to the UK and its citizens is an acceptable price to pay for those benefits?
3. Which ruling of the ECJ is most persuasive of the need to leave its jurisdiction?

Love it! :laughter:

Later: looked at some if the other Arrow stuff. I would have given a leg to work with a bunch like that. Well, could have built a cyborg replacement anyway!

Yeah! Played with that when doing research into getting energy out of an airstream using Helmholtz resonators and bimorph bender piezo elements.

Mr Mould has a lot to answer for . . . But then, he has a lot of answers, here's another that arrived on my tablet today

Have seen this effect but never thought about it - 'til now.

It's getting good, but how much autonomy is there yet? Recognjtion of obstacles etc is common now, can it be told, "Look for Fred in the living room," and do just that on its own?

Seems a Russian robot with a bit of AI has the wanderlust and may be scrapped after escaping twice. IIRC there was a petition to save it.

OK, did not spot the Youtube link the first time, thought you had yo download an app - trying not to fo that for temp stuff.

Nice, just a bit too fast for me at "normal" zoom speed. Also looked rather like one was just travelling away and seeing more distant objects. Tad confusing to one without lots of insight already built in!

Therevwas something on TV years ago where the view enlarged 10X per step, though there must have been lots of seemingly empty steps.
