Probably is, when I heard it in a film the photographer had a drawl. Never tested it myself.

Back on topic: I had to do a DAC recently. One of the things it covered was how to count two seconds, i.e. the minimum recommended time-space between two vehicles. Two "2-second" ditties were given:

Only a fool breaks the 2-second rule.

Women drivers are better than men.
