Seem to have lost the article on the local dialect now but "Glawster" (close to "Glorster") rather than "Gloster" is the local pronunciation. You might hear it spoken in our local post-orfice.

Ninny picked gooseberries (surprisingly tasty), I propped up the lovely smelling tomato plant, Dora slept in the sun. Now we are frigging about on our computers trying to avoid the news so that we can watch the cricket (test match catchup on Ch 5) without knowing what happens.

About half an hour ago the rain was so heavy my front gutter could not cope and I had a curtain of rain in front of the window. There as also some really heavy thunder.
Now I am sweating in sunshine!
