There are three fundamental questions for anyone advocating Brexit:

1. What, precisely, are the significant and tangible benefits of leaving the EU?
2. What damage to the UK and its citizens is an acceptable price to pay for those benefits?
3. Which ruling of the ECJ is most persuasive of the need to leave its jurisdiction?

Incidentally I am celebrating here, since it is exactly two years ago that I became a member of this distinguished forum. I plan to hold a small party this afternoon, to which you are all (virtually) invited.
I've virtually accepted.

You've clearly not been reading the "jokes" thread sufficiently avidly, then... :D (@Steven: Just in case, I trust you realise no offence meant, etc. -- and, of course, now that I've said "no offence", you are not allowed to be offended no matter how offensive I've been! )

Kismet, I am still interested why you have chosen a picture of Louis Farrakhan as your avatar.

Farrakhan seems to be a man of quite extreme, and variable, views. Do you support his ideas or is this some kind of ironic or satirical statement ?

My (current) avatar is a detail from a prop from a science fiction film.

I didn't intend to tease you all. I could tell you, or we can make this into a game for another thread: "Guess My Avatar's Source".

Bit lost on Solus' current avatar being a sci-fi image!

Can't seem to find a format for it that will work in Google Image Search either - damn.

There have been "science-fiction" stories that are set in days gone by - even cowboy stories! But this one has me beat.

Go, on, Solus, be, er, humanist and let us into the story!
