I'll be at the Buffalos opener in September, and 'our' tailgate parties are humungous I hasten to add. Fancy a two day alcoho' ride? Well it feels like two days, as I'm sure you'll know what I mean.

But before I reply to where I live, as if it hasn't been discerned before, I would like to invite all of you to that 'day' if you faintly resemble a football fan. The money is paid up front by us, so just pop by the South Western entrance (Specifics furbished if you PM) at about 0800 and you will get the greatest 'Bloody Mary' you can imagine.

But 'oh no', I live in the greatest wealth trap imagineable...right under one of the flight paths of London Heathrow, 3 and one 1/2 miles from 'our' queen.

Gosh! I didn't realise Windsor was so near Heathrow. From my ignorant Scottish perspective, I thought Heathrow was (virtually) in London while Windsor was many miles out to the west.

That's why they need to live in a castle [---][/---] it keeps the London riff-raff out.

There are three fundamental questions for anyone advocating Brexit:

1. What, precisely, are the significant and tangible benefits of leaving the EU?
2. What damage to the UK and its citizens is an acceptable price to pay for those benefits?
3. Which ruling of the ECJ is most persuasive of the need to leave its jurisdiction?

I'm a Scot who has always lived in Scotland, but I seem to be slowly moving south... started in Aberdeen, then Angus, Fife, Edinburgh and now south of Glasgow.

Actually, we live in a 7.5 ton truck, as my partner is a trapeze artist, so we tour a lot. But for the last year or so, we have been based at a rather nice part of Cardiff docks, which is where I am at this moment.
Originally, she is from Wakefield, I'm from Liverpool.

So the truck floats, huh? I don't think so, I don't think so!

Anyway, a neighbour of mine is a trapeze artist (honestly!) and has a converted barge with a double height area to practice in !! She also has a practice high-wire, which is about 9 inches off the ground. I can't do it!

Your neighbour is a trapeze artist, Nick? What's her name? My patner Lyn, (also known as Bog-standard, or Boggaz) probably knows her. It's a small world. The circus, that is.
Lyn worked for Nofit State Circus for a couple of years.

I am, or at least aspire to be, a citizen of the world. It is my pleasure to be in the presence of so many fellow countrymen (and women) here on this forum. You are all my people.

I've put 'another country', as I'm going to Siberia to work, leaving Blighty on Saturday morning (Nov. 29th). I hope to maintain a blog about life there: www.careersteer.org/blog

Wow! I've thought of TEFL, but I think Siberia is probably the last place I would have considered as a destination! Keep posting! I'll be watching your blog! What's the Russian for Bon Voyage?
