Alan Henness

There are three fundamental questions for anyone advocating Brexit:

1. What, precisely, are the significant and tangible benefits of leaving the EU?
2. What damage to the UK and its citizens is an acceptable price to pay for those benefits?
3. Which ruling of the ECJ is most persuasive of the need to leave its jurisdiction?

phew, as a 71-year-old, that's a load off my mind! Though might have been fun conversing with Satan. "Are you the Biblical Satan or the Byronic Satan?" I ask

That's not what the Bible says. Doesn't the Bible supersede the Pope?

presumably not so if you are a Catholic. This is largely what the Reformation was about, wasn't it? But the Bible is not that clear either, is it?

The Bible can mean anything you want it to. That's why the Bible is recognized by Jews, Christians, Muslims, Mormons, and thousands of other religions/cults/denominations/etc. The trick is to "cherry-pick". You also have to be like a chameleon skilled at explaining by parables and allegories etc.

Oops, misquoted! Hell still exists! I kind of forgot about this aspect of Catholic theology (it's been a while since my indoctrination  ). I like how the Catholics spell everything out clearly.

Hell

The twisted lawyer's logic used is harder to like.
