Latest post of the previous page:
Depends on whether or not I can see some sort of reason for whatever they did that needs "forgiving". I cannot "forgive" the subsequent attitude and behaviour of the owner of the dog who bit me for example since he had no understanding or compassion for me whatsoever. It was not the dog's fault.

For me forgiveness means that I should feel exactly the same about the person as before they did whatever it was that offended. So for most things I forgive and forget very easily and for a few things I never truly forgive.

Probably Modernist, although I also like the Mediterranean Revival architecture which is found in a lot of Florida mansions.

I'm afraid I'm a sucker for American stuff, like
Magnum PI and
Monk, even
Diagnosis Murder; they don't take themselves too seriously do they?
Cabot Cove is, apparently, the most dangerous place to live in Tellyland.
If you were to give advice to an 11 year old starting at a new school, what would it be?

One cannot do much about cats, but what would you do if a certain dog kept shitting in your front garden?

One friend claims that he placed the offending matter in a paper bag, took that round to the house of the offending dog, placed it on the doormat, rang the bell and, when he heard someone coming, set fire to the bag. Then watched the lady stamp the fire out . . .
It was probably a tall story but I liked it!
Any more ideas?

I'd keep watch, then turn my sprinklers on when it was about to start the foul deed.
(Having just watched a few old Inspector Morse shows on Netflix, I certainly wouldn't go anywhere near Oxford!)

Taco Night. Tacos and enchaladas, magaritas or homemade sangria (haven't decided which).

If by 'tipple' one means an alcoholic beverage then I am out of it, having given up a few years ago.
I do have a regular Blue Becks which is a very nice alc-free lager.
