Our very own countdown thread!

Otherwise known as the Games Room, think of this as a subforum of the social club reserved just for sociable icebreaker games. Beware - they can be addictive!

Worse than knocking a glass of water over a library book.

My friend Peter did that on Friday night with a glass of burgundy. There was glass all over the floor and the two dogs had to be put out of the room to protect their paws and tongues. Just think about the waste of wine! :boohoo:

I'm told that wine and laptops don't mix.

If I hadn't been half asleep and three quarters pissed, I might have chucked salt over it. Or summat.

Oh, they mix fine, just that neither are of any good use afterwards!

I managed to rescue a mobile dropped into a mug of tea. Took a couple of gallons of demin water and a pint of industrial alcohol (and half a day washing, drying and testing again and again - not that it was a posh fone, just someone's favourite!)

A good friend is on her way, bringing home-made curry, for a catch-up evening. Yay!

Wonky schmonky. :exit:

It's a beautiful morning here in paradise. I hope it's like this tomorrow for my trip over the mountains to the land where Fia lives. I shall bear not curry, but cheeses and a couple or more of bottles of wine, so we can further improve the world through our sage conversation.

Hmm, "sage conversation", can one have parsely conversation as well?

Why not? I met Iona yesterday, who is about to open the Grassroots Garden Shop in Kingussie and she showed me the shop, which is decorated and just needs stocked. I'm sure one could have parsley conversations with her. Crysanthemum conversations might also be a possibility, or potato conversations, or, if you want a dirty conversation, manure conversations. Yes, Dave, no problem. :D

Why do you think the numbers are wonky Jaywhat?

Reckon Lewist and I will have sage, rosemary and other fragrant conversations. Will be grand to have the thyme too :exit:
