You can't vote for a hung parliament - you can't know how others will vote.
But a hung parliament does not necessarily break the system: it depends if any deal can be done.

coffee, your suggestion is virtually the opposite of the truth. Hung parliaments like the one just dissolved cannot effect change! It has failed to bring about Brexit, as you must surely know
