A bit like the Windsors...they use proper medicines and proper hospitals (albeit private ones) when they actually have something wrong with them...

There are three fundamental questions for anyone advocating Brexit:

1. What, precisely, are the significant and tangible benefits of leaving the EU?
2. What damage to the UK and its citizens is an acceptable price to pay for those benefits?
3. Which ruling of the ECJ is most persuasive of the need to leave its jurisdiction?

Wish I could read the banned comments!

We can only hope that Tredinnick is going to reach a point where he gets sectioned.

Maybe Tredinnick should try phrenology, and have his bumps felt....

I'm ashamed to have him in the Commons, where, apparently, he is known as the MP for Holland and Barrett.... :sad2:

This could go in any number of topics, but homeopaths, psychics and other assorted quacks get a well-deserved bashing. On top of that, it is a fantastic performance by Derren Brown. If you want to be mesmerised, an hour well-spent: Derren Brown: Infamous

This is what a sensible court judgement on homeopathy looks like:

Indeed. It'll be good to read the 97-page judgment when it's published. The homeopaths will be furious, or course...

Indeed. It presumably broke a law that was made up on the spot by the judge; made up by Big Pharma to stop people knowing about the miracle that is homeopathy and to protect their profits; enforced by said judge who is (obviously) in their pocket...

I'm not kidding by the way. I've seen all of those and worse...

I don't need convincing. David Gorski's description "wretched hives of scum and antivaccine quackery" is apt here as well, I believe.

The American Medical College of Homeopathy has filed Chapter 7 under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and closed its doors.

Only 15-20 schools in the U.S. left to go... :penguin:
