Sorry Dave but if these women choose to dress like this in Western countries, which is what a lot of them proclaim, then in my opinion they can expect a bit of ridicule.
We don't have sand storms here, which is what this garb (I think) was intended to protect against.
Strange how the Muslim menfolk over here can wear trendy T-shirts, jeans, and trainers.

I actually did find it funny; I like the visual joke. As for the meaning of the garb, my understanding is all messed up now and nobody seems to want to explain it. I've heard that it's for women to indicate they are modest and being unveiled means that men will be unable to control themselves. I haven't quite figured that one out but whatever. I don't think it's any more offensive than making fun of this one:

There are three fundamental questions for anyone advocating Brexit:

1. What, precisely, are the significant and tangible benefits of leaving the EU?
2. What damage to the UK and its citizens is an acceptable price to pay for those benefits?
3. Which ruling of the ECJ is most persuasive of the need to leave its jurisdiction?

Any theories as to what's causing the geographical shift? At the rate it's moving, London may end up in Scotland in a few years!
