You nailed a carpenter to a piece of wood? And you think that's funny, do you?

Even though I have re-converted to Christianity and am an ex-Muslim, ex-Strong Agnostic, ex-Strong Atheist, ex-Humanist, ex-Fideistic Omnisaviour, I like your ATHEIST (A Thoughtful Honest Ethical Intelligent Skeptical Thinker) necklace. The trouble with ethics is that there is no such thing as ethics - ethical thoughts are idealised constructs which fail against a reality which bites. Do you think a cyclone has an ethical debate before it wipes out millions of lives? Do you think a tsunami or an earthquake or a predator or a train crash cares about deontology? Idealism idealises while reality bites.

Who trusted God was love indeed
And love Creation's final law --

With ravine, shrieked against his creed.
- Lord Alfred Tennyson

Of course, charity is still the greatest - as stated in 1 Corinthians 13, The Bible.

Warm Seasonal Felicitations to you all :D

I can't be arsed today to make this big enough to read by those of us who are sight challenged, so here's the rest of it for older eyes:

One day you will learn everything about Santa Claus. On that day remember everything the adults have ever told you about Jesus.

An Israeli friend, many years ago, told me the difference between right wing and left wing in Israeli politics.
The Left wingers believe that nothing like the Holocaust should ever happen again.
The rightwingers believe that nothing like the Holocaust should never happen to the Jews again.

When I first saw the image you posted it was accompanied by along the lines of:

I think it's 72 Fia, But then again maybe there's a recession in paradise as well.
Does anybody know what the recent spate of female "martyrs" are promised? One beardy guy shared with 71 other women doesn't sound like much of a deal.

Don't do that, Fia! That just spreads his germs...

Hope you're feeling a better today, LL?

There are three fundamental questions for anyone advocating Brexit:

1. What, precisely, are the significant and tangible benefits of leaving the EU?
2. What damage to the UK and its citizens is an acceptable price to pay for those benefits?
3. Which ruling of the ECJ is most persuasive of the need to leave its jurisdiction?
