Latest post of the previous page:

There was a young lad called Pahu,
And evolution he had to eschew.
Nothing could change
Unless God did arrange.
So how come so much here is new?

This isn't a limerick but maybe one of the geniuses here can make it into one!

There was a cannibal from Timbuktu
Who ate a missionary and his hymn book too!

that's quite funny but the rhythm is not a limerick one. All I can add at present is another rhyming couplet:

There was a young cannibal from Timbuktu
Who ate a missionary and his hymn book too!
The preacher then could be heard to say
"There's not a lot of room here for me to pray!"

Maybe we could all go on adding more rhyming couplets?

Hi, animist,
How about adding these two more lines:
The preacher then said: "This place has a horrible smell!
Am I in heaven? Or have I gone down to hell?"
:hilarity: :hilarity:

For scientists only!

There used to be a fellow named Bright
who could travel faster than light.
He set off one day
in a relative way
and returned on the previous night!
