Maria, civil wedding is possible and it is widespread; recent statistic has shown that "civil" has just passed 50% of marriages. A large part of civil weddings come from large towns. Non-religious funerals are very rare and complicate to have. I think we only have 2 max 3 town halls in all the Count...
