I got "Gregory" from the main character in Franz Kafka's "The Metamorphosis" (Gregor Samsa). The story of "Iceson" is a bit more complicated, and it goes to several years back. I may talk about it later. Actually I'll probably change my name to Gregory Iceson when I get to some other country.

Re: Failure to Listen

I have already received death threats from Muslims - I suspect that if you went public about leaving Islam, they would kill you. Well, to clarify things, I've hidden my secularism only from family and people in direct contact with them (or potentially so). Otherwise, most people in my class since m...

At least you didn't decide to deal with them the way I did as a teenager. Yes, it's pure crap for someone who's some knowledge, at least, of darwinism, different radicalist and non radicalist movements, philosophy,etc.. and wouldn't fall in the trap of strawman or slippery slope arguments and the like. But those who ...

Harun Yahya

I don't know to which extent this could be a serious ideological threat, but this guy has proven to be a real brainwasher and an insolent writer. I've heard the name Harun Yahya many years before, but I've never thought about reading his books or watching his documentaries (I've seen parts of some, ...

I found both LOTR and "the Hobbit" absolutely woderful, but a couple of chapters in "the silmarillion" were slightly boring for me.
