There are three fundamental questions for anyone advocating Brexit:

1. What, precisely, are the significant and tangible benefits of leaving the EU?
2. What damage to the UK and its citizens is an acceptable price to pay for those benefits?
3. Which ruling of the ECJ is most persuasive of the need to leave its jurisdiction?

I collect cards that have some sort of literary joke or pun, this is the latest (but the scan is a bit dark). It's a joke from the Oct. 1987 Punch:

I seem to be having trouble with Photo Bucket's size tagging, here's another try at another from my collection:

Someone please tell me how big this came out.

Ah, problem may be that I saved the pix as .bmp which the forum does not like. Here's a .jpg:

I posted it twice, was there a decent sized version as well, Val?

Nice find jdc! Bestie is my favourite cartoonist, has that, sort of, sideways way of looking at things. Gary Larson is another.

Now, for the first time, I see the ones I sent of that as you do, postage stamp size. I will have to investigate this further on the practice thread when I find time.

But out of all the 2000 or so pictures that I have gathered from the internet in the last ten years, this one is probably my favourite.
Coming from a theme of "Children's books that weren't generally about when I was a child..."
