It seems that Prince William has struck a lucrative business deal in China, something to do with a traditional remedy now being available in UK over the counter, can't imagine what it is, but it was in the i, so must be true.

The first prosecution arising from the ASA referring a persistent misleading advertiser to Trading Standards, prosecuted and found guilty under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Expect more...

The fines are paltry, but they now have a criminal record.

Interesting. Thank you for that Alan, I'd been wondering when (and perhaps if) we were going to see a prosecution or two.
One of the problems is the length of time it takes TS to gather their evidence, put together a case and take it to court - none of these are quick! Hopefully we will see more in future. But at least there are quite a few websites of TS referrals that have been taken down.
